Greg Fitzgerald is the co-creator of The Playbook Builder™. His unique ability is “creating and implementing systematic strategies and solutions to help people improve by connecting with them through probing, listening, organizing, and analyzing complex problems and details”

Greg is also the founder and president of Tri-Oak Commercial Group a national real brokerage firm that created The Closing Navigator™ and The Broker Success Formula™. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in the real estate industry, he worked as a project manager for Novak Construction and Walsh Construction companies in Chicago, IL. Greg started his career as a district manager with Bosch Power Tool Company.

Greg’s undergraduate degree is a BSBA, with a concentration in Construction Management, from the University of Denver. He also earned a MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from DePaul University.

He has been an active participant in The Strategic Coach since 2005, as well as, The Alternative Board since 2007. He received his E-Myth Mastery Impact Certificate of Completion in 2009.

Greg resides in metro Atlanta, GA with his wife Emily and their 3 children. His free time activity includes: family, friends, sports, and outdoors.
